I can honestly say that this purchase convinced me to buy this incense for the rest of my life. I love the smell of it, and it sets such a peaceful mood when I'm enjoying some time off of work. Saw the products from the website and immediately make up my mind to purchase the items. The brass incense burner is indeed an awesome and of high quality product which we were all impressed with. The incense from the joss stick provides a calming ambiance which fills the room with positive energy!

The issue I’m having is that the incense will not stay lit, even if the lid is open. I have to prop up the incense with a tiny object in order for it to stay lit. Do you have any recommendations or solution to address this issue?
