This brass incense burner by Takaoka Brass maker Nagae+ is designed to show off the beauty of incense smoke.

The incense lays on its side inside the burner, and the smoke gracefully drifts out the slits in the side, dancing along the top of the burner before drifting away.

The small, solid brass burner fits sticks up to 170mm in length.

It can be used with most types of Japanese incense, including our Simple Incense for Zen.

Saftey Warnings

■ Safety Precautions

Please use incense sticks only within the length that fits entirely on the non-flammable mat. Using incense beyond the intended size or manner may result in fire or other accidents.

■ Usage Precautions

Do not use this product for any purpose other than its intended use.

Use and store the product on a flat, stable, and safe surface, away from flammable materials, and out of reach of children and pets.

Place the incense on the non-flammable mat, ensuring that it does not come into direct contact with the metal base.

Do not leave the incense unattended until it has completely burned out.

For low-smoke incense, closing the lid may cause the flame to extinguish.

The product may become hot during and after use. Please allow it to cool completely before handling.

When handling incense, follow the safety instructions provided with the incense you have purchased.

Discoloration may occur over time due to heat and resin contained in incense smoke. Resin may adhere to the underside of the lid or the surface of the product. This residue can be removed with alcohol wipes or similar cleaning materials.

Do not strike or scratch the surface with hard or sharp objects. Friction may cause surface scratches or damage the coating.
