Shipping and taxes 
・Shipping cost: Buyer pays for shipping 
・Shipping method: International Express / Airmail — DAP (Delivered at Place)
・Taxes and duties: Import duties, local VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery. Shipping DAP ensures registered businesses receive official import documentation to claim back import VAT through local tax filings.
 
Order process 
・Orders will be filled using our online shop shi-zen.shop
・Certain products have a fixed wholesale rate, while others have a tiered volume discount. Please check the product pages for details.
・Once we receive your order, we will ship it out within 2 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese holidays)
